COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Participation is reviewed and may be paused or removed when a business no longer meets the commitment.
Treat customers, employees, guests, and community members with dignity regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
Owners, managers, and customer-facing staff should understand what Esco Pride participation represents.
Maintain accurate hours, offers, links, accessibility information, and participation status.
Work in good faith with Esco Pride if a serious harassment or discrimination concern is reported.
