1. Using Esco Pride
You may use the website and beta app to learn about Esco Pride, explore planned or live community features, participate in beta testing, and apply for business or community partnership consideration. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or eligibility rules, misrepresent another person or business, or use Esco Pride for unlawful activity.
2. Founding Beta
The Founding Beta is pre-release software. Features, content, availability, stored beta data, eligibility, and compatibility may change as testing continues. We may pause, modify, reset, or remove a beta feature when reasonably necessary for safety, reliability, moderation, fraud prevention, or testing.
3. Accounts and accurate information
If an account is available, you are responsible for information and activity associated with your account and for keeping access credentials or email access secure. Do not create an account for another person without authorization or provide false information intended to defeat eligibility, check-in, reward, or moderation rules.
4. Community participation
Members must not use Esco Pride to harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, stalk, expose private information about, or endanger another person. Community submissions may be reviewed, declined, removed, or restricted. Reporting and moderation tools are intended for community safety and are not emergency services.
5. Partner applications and listings
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, placement, launch inclusion, a specific app feature, or continued participation. Esco Pride may verify information, request clarification, approve or decline applications, and pause or remove participation when standards are not met.
6. Check-ins, Passport, rewards, and events
Passport stamps, badges, offers, rewards, RSVPs, waitlists, and check-ins may have eligibility rules, limits, expiration dates, capacity limits, or participating-business terms. Do not falsify a location, scan, attendance record, account, or reward redemption. Businesses and event hosts remain responsible for their own products, services, premises, offers, age restrictions, and legal requirements.
7. Badges, Avi, and Esco Pride marks
Partner badges, Avi artwork, Esco Pride branding, website design, copy, app artwork, and platform materials may not be copied, altered, sold, or displayed as evidence of approval unless permission has been provided by Esco Pride or OutAt Inc.
8. Welcoming Place and safety limitations
A Welcoming Place or partner badge represents participation in a reviewed community network; it is not a guarantee that no individual incident will ever occur and is not a certification of physical security. Esco Pride is not an emergency, medical, legal, crisis-response, or public-safety service.
9. Third-party services
Esco Pride may use or link to Apple, Google, maps, email, notifications, TestFlight, app stores, Supabase, social platforms, or other services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability may affect features within Esco Pride.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, beta programs, partner participation, events, offers, or content. Launch dates and planned features shown on the website are targets and may change during testing, legal review, partner onboarding, or app-store review.
11. No professional advice
Esco Pride content is informational and community-oriented. It is not legal, medical, financial, emergency, security, or crisis-response advice.
