Privacy Notice

How Esco Pride handles information on the website, business partner application, and Founding Beta app.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This notice covers the current Esco Pride website and Founding Beta mobile app. We will update it as beta services, app-store features, and public-release functionality change.

1. Public website

The public landing page does not require an account and does not currently submit personal information to an Esco Pride website database. The site loads web fonts from Google, and your browser may send ordinary technical request information to that provider. If analytics or additional website services are added later, this notice will be updated.

2. Founding Beta requests and contact

When you choose a Founding Beta or contact link, the site may open your email application with a prepared message. Esco Pride does not receive that message until you choose to send it. We may then receive your name, email address, device platform, city or general area, feedback, and any other information you include.

3. Business application drafts and submissions

The partner application can save a draft in your browser's local storage. That draft remains on the device and browser you used. Esco Pride does not receive the draft merely because it was saved.

When you choose “Prepare application email,” the site opens your email application with the information you entered. The application is not received until you review and send that email. Your email provider's privacy practices also apply.

4. Information the Founding Beta app may process

If you use the Founding Beta, the app may process account and profile information, interests, saved partners, meetup RSVPs, Passport check-ins, Trail and badge progress, rewards, feedback, community submissions, and other actions you intentionally take in the app. Some beta data may also be cached on your device so the app can continue to function during limited connectivity.

When live accounts and cloud sync are enabled, Esco Pride may use service providers such as Supabase to store and process account and app data. Apple, Google, mapping, email, notification, crash-diagnostic, or other platform providers may also process information under their own privacy terms when their services are used.

5. Location, camera, and photos

Location access is optional and requested only when you use a feature that clearly benefits from your current location, such as nearby discovery or an optional check-in verification. The core Esco Pride experience does not require continuous background location tracking, and Esco Pride does not use precise location to build advertising profiles.

Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a partner or meetup code or use another clearly identified camera feature. Photo-library or camera access for community submissions is used only when you choose to submit media.

6. How information is used

  • Operate and improve Esco Pride features and beta testing.
  • Review and respond to partner applications and community feedback.
  • Sync user-selected app activity such as saves, RSVPs, Passport progress, and preferences.
  • Verify and prepare approved partner profiles, offers, events, check-ins, and Trails.
  • Maintain safety, moderation, accuracy, fraud prevention, and community standards.
  • Diagnose crashes, bugs, performance issues, or support requests.

7. Sharing and sale of information

Esco Pride does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or contractors only when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, test, or support Esco Pride. Approved public partner details may appear in the app with the partner's knowledge. Individual members' private check-in histories, exact location history, or private Welcome Pulse feedback are not intended to be published to businesses or other members.

8. TestFlight and beta diagnostics

If you install through TestFlight or another beta-testing service, Apple, Google, your device operating system, and diagnostic services may collect technical information such as app version, device type, crash details, and performance information. Feedback you submit may include technical context so a problem can be reproduced.

9. Retention, correction, and deletion

You may ask to correct or delete information you submitted by contacting admin@outatinc.com. Where account deletion is available in the app, you may also use that feature. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or aggregate reporting that no longer identifies an individual. Website drafts stored locally can be removed with the “Clear draft” button or by clearing site data in your browser.

10. Age-limited events and business applications

The business application is intended for adults authorized to represent a business or organization. The app may include all-ages, 18+, or 21+ meetups and events; age restrictions are shown when applicable.

11. Security and beta status

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a developing community platform, but no internet or mobile service can guarantee absolute security. Beta features may change as testing continues.

12. Changes and contact

This notice may be updated as website forms, analytics, account features, service providers, or the mobile app change. The updated date at the top will reflect material revisions. Privacy questions may be sent to admin@outatinc.com.
